Welcome to Keymara Property Management. By accessing or using our website (keymaraventures.com), services, or SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Keymara Ventures provides property management and vacation rental services. All bookings are subject to availability and our rental agreements.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive recurring messages related to property updates, rental confirmations, reminders, and promotions.

• • Consent: By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated text messages from us.

• • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies but will not exceed 8 messages per month.

• • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

• • Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and, where applicable, the laws of the State of California.
